50 shot teardrop drum mag 10/22

I have a 50 shot drum mag for the ruger 10/22 shaped like a teardrop or drop
it is belt that winds up in the origanal box with instructions .
the name on the box reads : Mitchell 50/22 Magazine.
my question is what are these things worth ?????
are they still being made????
and will someone answer this quickly before it gets deleted like the last time i posted it.

Not sure what it's "worth", but I do know that I paid around $60 for one at P&D about 3 or 4 years ago.
