You may want to call Hodgdons and ask their tech reps. They have all sorts of "recipes" that are not listed on the site. I have done that on occasion and they are extremely helpful

I haven't seen any load info using a 330gr cast but there are a couple of websites that may have the data you're looking for.
- Accurate Reloading
- Sixgunner
- Beartooth Bullets
I've checked the Lyman 3rd Pistol & Revolver Handbook but they don't have anything using a 330gr cast either. There are primarily three cast bullets I use, 350, 370 & 440gr.
In the Jan/Feb 2004 issue of the American Handgunner, John Taffin did some pretty extensive testing but I don't see 330gr data. You could check out through
http://www.americanhandgunner.com/taffin.html
I assume the XTPHP you've made reference to is the Hornady 350gr XTP/MAG which is a HP? If so, the data Hornady lists for loads utilizing H 110 with that bullet starts at 35.4grs for 1400 f/sec and their maximum is 43.3grs for 1750 f/sec. They also state a maximum case length of 1.620", suggest a case trim length of 1.615" and a C.O.L. of 2.000".
There are a couple of manuals, Hornady for example, which I'd strongly suggest you get before you get into reloading for the 500. There are also a number of other sources, in addition to a couple I've mentioned, that are available.

From Ammoguide.com:

350 Hornady Hodgdon H-110* 39.0 gr 1712 fps KE 2278 Barrel: 10.0

350 Hornady Hodgdon H-110* 43.0M gr 1877 fps KE 2739 Barrel: 10.0

:rockOn:After a few lessons with my friend reloading Happytrigger (passing thanks) I reload Finally, some (100) sockets 500 S & W 350gr xtphp .... With the following charges:
- 350gr. H110 39gr. Kick = normal, good grouping ....
- 350gr. H110 40.2gr = résonnable kick, a grouping ...
- 350gr. 41.2gr = h110 kick aggressive bundling good and very interesting felling
- 350gr. Kick = h110 42.2gr a turn wrists, it prevents too kick when no grouping:

So in conclusion for the 500 S & W 350gr xtp hp, the burden 350gr. H110 41.2gr, is a balance for the shooting and the feeling

By consulting the forum , the data I had been given with comments on the charges to use, I can tell you that there are expenses to which even 43gr.of powder ... Also with bullet 700gr:runaway:
the pics are take on internet and sorry for my english

thanks to all

There are primarily three cast bullets I use, a 350gr MNPB, 370gr RNFPPB and a 440gr MNGC. A lot of the load info for them I got from articles by John Taffin of The American Handgunner but I don't have anything on the bullet you've described. At the end of one of the articles it states;
"Note: For even more loading data on the Smith & Wesson .500 Magnum, go to www.americanhandgunner.com/taffin.html". Perhaps try that. He may be able to advise you or help you out.
