Just sharing a couple of poor-mans ideas, maybe someone else can put em to good use.
My bead sight wasn't working for me, and I wanted to be able to hit something without having to spend hundreds on aftermarket gear. So as usual, I improvised.
The multi barrel mossberg deals come with a clamp lined with rubber to keep everything in the box from scratching itself.
If you snip it a few times, you got yourself a light mount. Stays on solid with a bit of locktite.
I found a spare 858 sight leaf for the rear.
Just had to drill a hole in the middle of it to match the holes in the receiver, and then find some screws. Adjustable windage + elevation
1 thick screw + steel epoxy for the front sight
The screw is the tallest point, so it might handle a few hard drops, or it might just shatter. Time will tell.
Look silly with the rib ending short, but that's the price I paid for wanting an 18.5" barrel.
200 homemade slugs later and it's still holding up, still on target.
Costed me about $25 for the light & sights, which suits this cheap gun, and cheap owner just fine
