51 Russian SKS Primer problem

I put one of the SKS Mans spring kits in my SKS but found that I have little bits of metal like discs in my bolt , the spring compressed and some of the primers have holes in them. I know the metal discs are coming from there but what is the fix? Do I go back to the original firing pin? Anyone else have this happen to them??

Its the ammo, try different rounds and you won't have that problem.

Are you talking about circle wholes found in the primmer's?
If so please put back in original firing pin as there might be issues down the road with slam fire.

Yes that is it. Is it the firing pin did you find the same thing??
