525 cast in 45/70

Greatings gentlemen, I have several hundred 525 grain postel flat base cast bullets from the Bullet Barn, was hoping to load them to somewhere around 1200 fps for my original [yes cresent steel plate recoil pad] Ruger #3 was hoping to use IMR 4198. I have used as low as 26 grains behind a 405 grain, anybody have any data for a slow load like this with a 525 cast.

There's a 520 grain IMR4198 load on Reloader's Nest. Guy says he gets about 1250 fps out of a 32" H&R Buffalo Classic.
