I am looking for a commercial Canadian source to load/reload subj cal in BLANK. There are US sources but the paperwork is staggering. Technical specs for required load to be provided directly to interested companies only.

May also look at a Canadian Coy to preform import and sales from previously used US coy if no Canadian sources found.

I have never reloaded blanks but could you not fill case to shoulder with 3fg black and then fill neck packed with tight fitting fibre wads, then crimp slightly over top of wadding?

I can easily get it done locally, however Military Law states it has to be purchased from a recognized manufacturer...
