.577 Snider Brass

Does anyone have a current source for .577 Snider Brass?

At this point I'm looking for an International seller that will ship to Canada.

The usual suspects across Canada that you can find by using the google machine that have regular/semi regular stock are saying it may be some time before they get any more in due to the minimum order requirements they have with their suppliers.

If you have any you'd sell, or if you have a source, or would go in on a "bulk" order somewhere, let me know

I'd prefer to keep reloading a brass cartridge, but I know some people out there who use a round ball in a 24g shotshell instead of the metallic cartridge.

Has anyone out there had experience with that and would they recommend it?

All brass 24ga shells are available made by Magtech. Rustywoods or Bilznor should be able to help you.

24 ha brass shotshells are the way to go. Cut a half inch off , anneal and resize in snider die. Rusty Woods had them for $40 a box of 25 not too long ago.

Ya, they show regularly in stock, but I was in the other day and they didn't have anything. They followed up with an email saying it might be a while before they received anything else.

Try Martyn Robinson @ x-ring services on facebook, he is based in Spokane, Wa. I get my Snider and Martini brass from him.

I got my Magtech brass from Buffalo Arms. It's shotgun brass so it can be shipped across the border with ITAR restrictions.
