My first ever firearm was a 590A1, and ever since I sold it, I've wanted another one, but I am really into the SBS' right now, does anyone know where I can get a SB 590A1 or get a shorter barrel for one?

I'am thinking you're SOL, although one does come up on the EE once in awhile,very pricey, and the states would let any more out from what I hear.

If someone made a shorter barrel for them the shortest you could go would be around 16" with the standard 5+1 mag tube. Of course if you're having a barrel manufactured then modifying your existing mag tube should be easy for them. No one makes aftermarket short barrels for Mossberg that I know of.
