I'm looking for info on if 5r rifling shoots fmj ammo better then normal rifling and if so is there a big difference or is it close to the same

It will handle either. Won't make any difference to the barrel. A 5R might or might not shoot better than a conventional barrel. Probably more variation from barrel to barrel than from type of rifling to type of rifling. One of my precision rifles has a 5R Rock Creek barrel. Shoots great. So does my Krieger barrel with conventional rifling. Both are sub-minute barrels.
Few match grade bullets are FMJ.

I very much doubt that something like bulk pack FMJ bullets will shoot as consistently well as match bullets, in any barrel.

5R shoots OTM bullets more accurately because OTM bullets are more accurate.

4 groove shoots OTM bullets more accurately because OTM bullets are more accurate

Tax - you are getting less than helpful responses due to the way you worded your question. In particular the use of the word "throw". Perhaps you may wish to restate your inquiry? Just a suggestion :)

My confusion mostly comes from the term "regular". That and bad spelling and grammar, but mostly the former. What is a regular bullet? To me regular is FMJ or HPBT. Do you mean lead?

Are from from quebec taz1977?
Your spelling looks like mine if i am not ultra cautious while typing in english.
By throw, i am sure he means thru.
And now i'm confused, is thru even a word? Or would it be through?
Anyways, i am pretty sure his throw is through.
Still got me at regular, as in huntings bullets?

What's the best to shoot through it, full metal jacket or regular

While the original question has been edited I think what really is being asked is this: " to the shooter who chooses to employ FMJ projectiles does the 5R rifling offer any advantage in accuracy over other rifling ?" If that is, indeed, the question I'd suggest that any improvement would be negligible.
