Good morning everyone: I'm looking for some 6-48 x 1/2" plug screws, i have been everywhere but facca,( and i'm calling them this morning) to find 6 of these items with no luck.
I work in london,ont and no one seems to have these.

Any ideas??

"Plug Screws" are generally short and intended to protect the hole threads from damage and crud. If you are looking for 1/2" long screws, without a head, then you may need to make your own. Brownells has a fillister head screw kit that has a 3/4" headed screw that could be shortened. If you are internet searching consider eliminating the term 'plug' from your inquiries.

Exactly... make them from long headed screws from Brownell's.
 
I bought mine from a seller on eBay in the states. He shipped them up in an envelope, had them in about a week. I purchased both 6-48 and 8-40 plug screws with the shouldered stop in them in stainless. Let me know if you need a link (PM me).

The seller did not state shipping to Canada but I enquired and he came through for me.

Edit: skim read and did not realize your needed 1/2” long screws. Sorry.
