I'm going to have a 6.5/06 Ackley Imp. built as a hunting rig. It won't be used for anything bigger than deer and caribou, and who knows, maybe the occasional black bear if it's what I decide to grab that day. So all you geniuses speak up and give me your thoughts about an appropriate twist rate. I'm planning on using bullets in the 130-140 grain weights. 130 TSX's come to mind as well as something like a 140 grain Partition, I'll settle on what I find shoots the best out of the finished rifle. Let me know your what chew tink.

Edit to add: What I had in mind was a 1:8 twist, crazy or no???
