Yes I have used the x39 pistol mags with the 6.5 Grendel and had no issues.

they are c-products stainless, great mags, work flawless in my ruger american ranch 6.5g bolt action

C-products 10rd x39 mags seem to work great in a 6.5G. And you can *usually* find them in stock everywhere.
ASC 5rd 6.8 SPC mags also feed fine in a Grendel, if you ever come across them.

Calgary shooting center has them in stock. They're listed as Xcr-l micro pistol mags under the brand "Duramag" on their website, but Duramag is made by C-Products. Just filter for 7.62x39 and you'll see them.
Be gentle with the CPD and ASC mags in winter, the plastic guide tabs on the follower can break if you're rough with them.

oh I thought XCR-l will not work on AR15 style rifle.

The Robinson Arms XCR -L is a rifle that takes AR15 mags. C-products makes 10rd pistol mags for them and puts the their XCR-L name on the side.
They're AR15 pattern.
The XCR-M is 308 pattern, and mags for that won't work with with the smaller AR15 frame.

Checked my mags and I have both C-Products and ASC that I've been using for the Grendel. Don't really see any difference in either brand.
