For 6.5 Carcano I use 6.5 Swedish neck sizer by Lee.
Just the way it is it sizes only about 1/2 to 2/3 of Carcano case neck but it is sufficient enough to seat .269 NOE boolit.
With 11.1 Gr of 2400 it works out great and grups are very good,better than I expected from both M91 and M41 with mismatched bolt.
I'm sure Lee collar can be machined down 1/8 of an inch to size whole Carcano neck but I found it unnecessary.
