Can't ship to Canada without a lot of paperwork. US export laws are the reason; not any Canadian import regulations.
There was another thread about this a couple weeks ago I believe but I can't seem to find it. The answer was that none of the bigger companies do but some of the small guys might. The issue is what size to sell? Ideally a .264" or .265" could work but .265" tumble out of my M96 and peoples bores are often .264" to .269". NOE sells a mould to cast .270" which can then be sized down to .264" if need be. I didn't want to buy a new mould or modify mine just yet so I tried my .265" cast with paper patches and got some odd results.
