This is apparently a new cartridge from lapua.Has anyone heard anything about it? What velocities it gets where can I find load data,etc.,etc...

Just a wild guess, but from the case length, I suspect this is a commercialized wildcat, the 6.5 Grendel. The only likely parent cases in the area are the .223 Rem or the .22 PPC.

I saw some of this brass a month ago. It looks to me like a .250 savage blown out and necked up to 6.5. That may not be what it is but it is at least very similar in appearance.
