6.5x55 Loads

Can anyone recommend a load for to use at 600 yards? My twist is 1 in 9" and the barrel length is 28".

Try Hodgdon H4831, My 6.5X55 work well with 47, 47.5, that compress load, with 40thausand off the rifling. and check out the Hodgdon website and start at the beginning of the load, and work you way up. here are the hodgdon website, check it out....

1:9? 123 grain Lapua Scenars, 47 grains of H4350, bullets touching the lands.

Use Lapua brass.

46.0 gr of RL-22 and a 140 gr bullet kissing the lands works for me.
H-4350 was second closest but the velocity was a lot lower 100 fps +
