6.8SPC Anyone have one?

Just wondering if anyone here already has a 6.8SPC rifle? If so, care to post some thoughts on it? Ammo, etc?

I've mentioned here a couple of times that we can get them, but the consensus (which I agree with) is that there's no ammo for them here, thus no demand for the guns. We're going to bring in some brass and dies and see if that changes things for anyone.

But I am curious, anyone own one now?

The Bonus is that Canadians in a pinch could use existing AR15 Magazines since we have dumb laws.

Do AR15/M16 magazines work?
...Approximately 5-6 will fit and feed properly. Loading more will cause the mag to swell and it won't fit in the mag well...

I'd have one if ammunition was readily available and not outrageously priced - If I were into reloading I'd be pretty excited about you bringing in the brass and dies.

C-Products is on the same road as Stag in New Britain CT, they make the 6.8 mags for Stag, maybe they would lance them for Canada too? Otherwise, Stag will pin the 6.8 mags to 5.

I don't think you'd get the full 5 in a 5rnd 5.56 mag.

I'm excited to try one of these, but not optimistic about selling very many. Apparently they're selling pretty well in the US, where there is ammo available, but ammo is still pricey vs 5.56, and I doubt it'll ever be commonly available. Without brass or dies, it's pretty much a non-starter.
