Interesting concept - my gun club requires the firearm to always be pointed down range (or a safe direction)'when unpack. So when I unpack it three would be pointed in a safe direction down range and three would be pointed towards me. Or three would be pointed towards the shooters on my right three would be pointed towards my left.
But it does look like a nice case.
Easy fix. Unpack the ones pointed down range, turn the case so the others are pointing down range then take those out.

My range specifically allows and encourages case rotation. For safety reasons. If it's anything like the ranges I visit, hamermill is correct, the firearms must be pointed in the proper direction downrange or in the safe area, BEFORE opening case or bag, before they become visible.
has it really come to this ?

Rules written for the lowest common denominator.
It can be a pointless persuit as someone is bound to build a better idiot.
It totally depends on which two. Typical differences are length. But the internals are different as well. Hopefully this helps. Let me know the part #'s for a better comparison.
Thank you
