Do any of you guy know of anyone in Canada that makes custom 6mm bullets of very good quality. I just got a 6BR and having problems finding match grade 6mm bullets. looking for about 2000 rnds.

I have a slower 1:13 twist barrel and was using 70 gr Sierra Matchkings. I have since switched to 68 gr Bergers and have never looked back. There are now several places in Canada that stock them. Mysticplayer gets them in quite regularely. You could check with him.

There was a company in Sask or Alberta that was called Wildcat Bullets. I might be wrong on the name that was making custom 6mm bullets. I don't personally know anyone who has tried them though.
 
There is a fellow in Alberta that was at the Kamloops gunshow and he is making custom swaged 6mm bullets. If you do a search on CGN precision rifles after April 23rd, it should be posted up here. I have no idea if these are any good, but they would be worth looking at for sure.

Alternatively, check with Mysticplayer here. He is importing some funky stuff, perhaps some of the superb 68 gr. bullets Lester Bruno makes for benchrest. I second the vote for Bergers. Great bullets.
 
Wildcat Bullets was sold to a couple of guys in the states. I can't remember which one. The bullets produced by Wildcat were ridiculously popular with the long range crowd down south. very high BC
 
You wan't some great Match bullets then get 90gr Lapua scenars from peter dobson.
I regulary use them out to 1100 yds at my range.
High BC and work with almost all twist rates.
You shoul give him a call.
You won't be disappointed
 
Dan Opel was the vendor that Obtunded referred to above. He was at the Kamloops show ! His product looked good - would definitely be worth a try!

Did anyone pick up the reins on McCracken Bullets after Al Mirdoch died ?
 
Dan Opel is at the Hanna show right now. I bought so 22 cal and he did have 6mm there with him, but is getting low. Prices are pretty good as well. $30/100 for 6mm match flat base, $22/100 for 6mm Varmint and $22/100 for 22cal vamint. Was out of 22cal match.
