62 Cal Baker Round patch size

Hi all I want to cut round patches for my Baker rifle.The compartment in the Buttstock has a round patch holder that is 1and1/4" diameter is that good enough?Dave

One half the circumference of the ball plus a little more - perhaps 1/4" would likely be the minimum diameter.
