622 and 2206?

...whats the difference between the S&W 622 and the 2206? Is one a stainless and another alloy? any pros cons? What are they worth, also is it easy to find mags for these pistols and or price for them? thanks,

Not sure but I think that is the case. I have had the 622 and its definately alloy....not quite sure about the 2206 but I do believe its steel.
