Ok, I've got a bend in my guide rod that keeps jamming my Cooey... I'm wondering how to disassemble the bolt assembly, or if there's even a way. I know the manual says in big bold letters DO NOT DISASSEBLE THE BOLT ASSEMBLY but I want to see if I can get that guide rod straight, or replaced, and maybe install some heavier recoil springs so I can run hypervelocity ammo without a hitch. High velocity slaps 'em down for the count, but I want to rip 'em open!

You could probably ask Savage... it's probably the same or near the same of their 64F?
Western Gun part may have something..

Dunno, probably from US, but you could give a try and ask the number you want.

Now at least you got a few email address to try ;)

Well, I called WGP today... looks like the bolt asembly is a "Gunsmith Installed Only" part. Jeebus. Like I want to pay a smith to replace a part that I can drop in in a matter of 5 seconds.... Stupid Liability BS.
