I setup my 650 last night and loaded 300 rounds like nothing. A little different from the Big Boss I was using the last few months.

My question is what do I have to watch out for in terms of maintenance or little problems I should watch out for from day one?

Thanks for input,

Spend five minutes cleaning it after every session. Brush out the shellplate, case feeder, and run a large patch through the case feeder tube. Give the ram a wipe with CLP to clean off any goo and lube it for the next session. Note the relative position of the primer back up rod, and it's coter pin.

If you take just five minutes at the end of every session to give it the once over twice, you should spot any problems that might creep up.

Check your set screw on the center shoulder bolt for tightness on a regular basis especially if you do a lot of caliber conversions or after a good cleaning. A knurl ended set screw is best used on harden shoulder bolts.
Everything gets out whack, but especially the priming station if it comes out of the setup position.

Problems meaning which? Please let me in on some details.

Thanks,
