Looking for some people to chine in if you have any ideas or run a similar setup. I run an m4 with a colt 16'' 1/7twist barrel for my service rifle matches out to about 500yards using an acog ta01 NSN. Last season i had fair sucess just using 62gr ball and the BDC was (for the most part) bang on. Im thinking of reloading to squeeze some better scores out of this rifle and wanted to start with 69gr matchkings as they're what I have on hand. I was wondering if any guys here are doing something similar and what you're getting for velocity with the 69gr matchkings through your AR and if anyone has got them to closely match the BDC. What powders are you runing with these bullets for max velocity? thanks guys.
