Howdy,
Does the Lapua 6BR brass work for the 6BR Rem chambers, or is it meant for 6BR Norma? Anyone know? And where can I get some 6BR Rem brass? Thanks :) for your help.

Lapua is for 6BR NORMA. The 6BR Norma has a slightly longer neck and depending on the tolerances of your chamber, you would need to trim it to fit a BR Rem. The small flash hole and the superlative quality of Lapua brass make it the only choice for 6BR in my opinion.

Obtunded, is it just he neck that would need triming back for overall length?
( spec's at 1.560 if I remember fromm the manual)
I can neck turn too, ( have a .266 chamber), but thought the Lapua was larger at the base than the 6BR Rem?
Sounds like it is doable. I do like Lapua brass.

There have been lots of discussions about Remington brass being stretched at the case head when used in Norma chambers, but the cartidges are almost identical except for OAL. The problem is more likely the brass itself. When you buy dies for the 6BR, the Remington and Norma are completely interchangable.
