6mm Dies?

Im looking to buy a die set for a 6mm Creed. There doesn't seem to be a lot on the 6mm creed online unlike the 6.5 so I thought I would ask here.
Im looking at the Redding type S full length sizer and comp seater. I just wanted to ask some of the CGN'ers for their 2 cents on the topic including bushing size range (ill be using Lapua brass and Berger 105g hybrids) and if you may need a special VLD type seater for the seating die? Might be better asked in the reloading section, try Gary at Bighorn he’s a Redding dealer, or try xreload. 6creed dies aren’t hard to find, it’s a pretty common cal these days, as far as a bushing goes you’ll need to measure neck dis of a loaded round with your brass and bullet, you’ll want a bushing 2-4 thou under that size, my guess would be .268 or so but that’s just a guess

I would look at the Forster dies. I find them to be every bit as good as Redding (maybe even better) and less costly.

I seat the 105 hybrids in my 6mmBr with their Micrometer seater and it is extremely consistent. I did not require a special stem.

Personally I would just FL resize and not bother with bushings but that is me.

I run a Redding Comp bushing FL die with the expander ball removed and a Forster micrometer seater die for my 6 Creeds. Also use a 21st Century expander mandrel in a separate die. I prefer the Forster seater to the Reddings, haven't needed a special stem and I use 110 SMKs that are about as pointy and long as they get. For bushing size, get a few. I believe the Lapua brass has a thicker neck than say Hornady. I want to say I'm using a .272 bushing with Prime (Norma) brass that is very similar to the Lapua. Also make sure the chamber in your rifle was cut with a reamer with a .277 neck and not a .275 "match" reamer as that's too tight for Lapua and Prime/Norma brass.

Yeah I just bought all my brass from them. They didn't have Redding dies which is what I was initially interested in. Ill give them a look for Forester though.
