Here's the challenge of the day.

I need some information on the 6mm Glatt.

The rifle was manufactured by Anchutz and is smoothbore. They were commonly reefered to as Garden Guns.

What I need is the specs on the shell itself, or chamber specs.

I'm investigating alternatives for this, as the 6mm Glatt is obviously obsolete.

Thanks in advance.

Call Dave Kiff at Pacific Tool & Gauge. I've yet to hear of a cartridge design used by more than one person that is not in his reamer database.

to the best of my knowledge,
what you call "6mm glatt" is nothing else then the "6mm Flobert".

The 6mm Flobert is/was chambered in "smooth" bore guns,
therefore the nomination "glatt", which means nothing else then smooth in the German language.

there existed also a shot shell, but I never saw one.
this was the cartridge we were learning to shoot at the tender age of five...:)
and I still have a few tins hanging around somewhere...

Forgot to tell you, it's a rimfire...not very good for reloading.
