6mm Grenade Load Data

I've read all the threads that I could find but no one every really said what they're running for their .243 when using Varmint Grenades from Barnes.

I'm loading some up for the weekend. What are you guys pushing them with and what results are you getting?

Any pictures of the results on some coyotes. Here is a couple of links. Wasn't sure if you want .243 or 6mm.
