I would like to know what i can expect in velocity if i shoot the berger
105gr vld in a 21 or 22 inch barrel 1 in 8 twist.

Not a lot of detail here. 2800-2900 maybe depending on powder and load density.

My 6mm BR has a 22" barrel and with 95 grain Bergers and Berger's maximum recommended load of R-15 I'm getting 2750 fps. Not very fast but the accuracy is awesome.

Some F-class shooters are getting 2950fps with Varget and the 105gr Hunting VLD probably 26" or > barrels. They are pushing it pretty hot.

2950 with a 28" barrel and a fairly stout shot of Varget here.

My 1 24" barrel shot best at 2780 but would get up to 2825-2850 with a hot load IIRC. It's been 2 years since I shot it and my memory isn't the greatest.

Right now i have a 30 inch barrel but i want another one in 21, 22 inch.

If i can push this in the 2750, 2800 fps i will be real happy.

Go here for all things 6mm BR Norma. They're talking 2900+ fps with VV N540 and a 105 VLD Berger. No mention of barrel length.

With a 30" barrel you should be able to get around 2950 fps. At the link below is a method to calculate velocity loss due to shortening the barrel.

2950 is extremely fast for a 6BR and your barrel life will not be exceptional. The bullets will tell you how fast they want to shoot accurately and that may or may not (usually not) be at maximum velocity.

I have personally found that VLD bullets become harder to shoot accurately at the top end of the velocity envelope.
