Nobody, that I know of... you have to get it from David Tubbs at http://www.superiorshootingsystems.com/content-1-1575.html
but I know of a guy that did bring some in a few years back, but none are for sale.
Plus I do not know if David can ship it to Canada, does he have an export permit???

With the bullsh%t US export laws, the cost is something like $1750 for the export permit I think so not many LLC's are willing to spend the $$$ for it since their sales to Canada maybe under this figure...

I have contacted them personally. They will ship everything except loaded ammunition. I did not go into details but they are probably approaching it the same way Pac-Nor does. FYI, There is no such thing as a general export permit for goods like this that allows the vendor to sell to "any" Canadian. A US export permit specifies a recipient and there are many conditions attached. I think this is a case of don't ask, don't tell.
