Is there any use for 7.5 French Berdan Primed Brass. I'm going through buckets of brass cleaning it and processing it. Some for reloading by me and some for future sale. In the miss there is some 7.5 French Berdan Primed Brass. Any interest? Thanks Ken

What size is the primer pocket? If it's the same as that on 7.62x39 then it is somewhat reloadable with the berdan primers CanadaAmmo brings in. More painful than boxer but doable if there's no other choice.

The primer pockets are too large for boxer primers. IME, it's a PITA to reload that stuff.

resizing 6.5x55 brass stretches the necks to excess, with lots of split necks on the first firing. 30-06 brass works really well.

In the past brass like that was very hard to come by. Now with the Serb Privi boxer brass available it is easy use new stuff. That being said I decap the berdan primers in swiss gp 11 brass cause its so nice looking.
I assume you have 80's vintage 7.5 French privi brass as the original seemed to be berdan while new production is boxer. It can be used but is more of a hassle. I decapped and reloaded some 1943 German 8x57 berdan brass to the fun of it but probably wont do any more as long as I can find boxer.
