7.62 NATO brass value

Hmmm, am interested to see what the consensus is, I'm a bit out of touch with current prices (I'm still calibrated to consider 15c about the right price to pay for once-fired good commercial .308 brass out of a tight-chambered target rifle). Matty86suk, is 20-35 cents the going rate in your area for 1x mil brass? (!) Hmmm, maybe I have to dig through and see what I can round up....

15cents/commercial 308win is still a the only price I pay.

I am sitting on a 12 pound box of spent brass myself and was wondering the same thing. Now I geuss I should start learning how to reload.

Marstar lists it at $14.95 per 100. $109.95 per 1,000. That'd be retail and they're sold out, of course. You might get that or a bit more if the primer crimp is gone.

"...a poor M14 owner..." An M14 is prohibited, so you can't shoot it anyway. Commercial .308 brass works just fine out of an M305 though. Does out of a real semi'd M14 too. Mind you, I bought the thing before the Internet made 7.62NATO and .308 Win brass different things.

I'm interested at buying some at the right price provided it is reloadable. I already have piles of non-reloadable 7,62 SA brass. If it will accept a boxer primer I'm interested. Let me know the price/100 via PM.
