Does anyone now where a good site where I can get 7.62x38 for my negant revolver. Or does anyone have some to sell?

Fiocchi makes ammo but it may be hard/expensive to acquire. Your best bet is hand loading as Trade-ex has brass and bullets. I think Lee has the die sets for a reasonable price as well.

There is presently no source for a set of dies to form the 7.62 nagant gas seal revolver cartridge. The Lee dies are meant to form 32-20 brass to seat a bullet conventionally without the gas check. The nagant cartridge is meant to seat a 98 grn.DEWC totally inside the (1.517OAL) Fiocchi case. The lee dies are made to re size 32-20 brass(1.308OAL)and crimp a bullet at the cannelure to achieve total over all length.Don't make the mistake I did by buying a whack of Fiocchi brass, a bunch of 98 grn DEWC,and a set of dies that won't make you anything. If anything do what I wound up doing ,get the Lee dies,a bunch of 32-20 brass and a mold to cast some 90 grn. round-nose bullets.

WTF!!!

I bought the Lee die set, a crap load of lead, and I have a bunch of once fired brass from my nagant??? I haven't even tried loading anything yet, or really checking it out, but now the consensus is that I need to buy a crap load of 32-20 brass as well??? :( :bangHead:

Well, I guess brass will be easier to find if I want more.....

Does RCBS make a PROPER die set for the 1895 7.62x38mm Nagant cartridge?

Read my thread,

And if you guys want to sell any of the brass or bullets you bought, I'll be glad to take them off your hands :D
