Been considering adding a 7.62 x 25 to the safe and also debating between a surplus Tokarev or Norc type 54 clone. Not afraid of the Norc as have a M-93 and very reliable and finish not bad. Only reason hesistating on the Tok is that have never bought a surplus firearm and would wonder about how many rounds put through. Did look around the web on sponsoring dealers' sites and maybe a moot point as no norc type 54's to be found.

The TT-33 pistols that are being offered right now from our dealers are a great pistol. Not only are they inexpensive at $200 but they are built like tanks and surplus ammo is available for the time being. I cant speak to the Chinese clone, but the original Russian pistols are fool proof and very reliable. The pistols have seen corrosive ammo in the past and many were used hard, but the refurb process has put them back into like-new condition for the most part.

Get the Tok. Re-furbs are essentially in new condition. The one I got from TEC didn't have a single blemish.

i've got a tokarev and i enjoy it, i even load my own 7.62x25mm for it because the price the surplus stuff is going for its worth the extra few pennies not to deal with corrosive ammunition, great little gun

T33

I have a T33 and a CZ52 both in 7.62X25 and at first i thought the t33 was a bag of crap but after spending some time with it i have learned to like it and the refurbs as stated are like new mine which i got from SFRC was in awsome condition the 52 is another neat piece of history buy them all :dancingbanana:
