7.62 x 39 question

just got a case of 7.62x39 (I think) for CANADA AMMO. but the case says 7.62 x 43?
this is the first case i've ordered so i'm not sure. i haven't opened the tin part yet just in case it's the wrong stuff....help!

This is because this round is "intermediate round 1943". Do not worry, you can use it.
edited - it means it was developed in 1943

Yes, it will increase the value. Comma's are much more pricey than decimal points.
