Just shot some today over my chrony
-123 grain hornady sst over 53 grain h335 yeilding average mv of 3276 fps with about 1.25 moa out of my 27 inch sporter mosin slightly cratered primers
- 150 hornady sst over 49.5 grains yeilding an average mv of 2936fps out of my 27 inch sporter mosin , and slightly cratered primers. It yielded about 2 moa so I will have to fiddle with the charge weight and seating depth

I’ve had success with both Varget and H4350 using Sierra 150gr and 180gr bullets

I used Varget, I think 45gr and a 170-ish gr bullet. Don’t remember FPS though.

I get pretty good groups using IMR4350 behind Hornady 150gr .312 projectiles.

.312 Hornady BTHP 174gr over H4895 worked pretty good in my PU Sniper

42 grains varget 180 grain Sierra hunting spitzer has worked well in all my mosins

The Yanks gave the Red's barrels of 4895 in WW2 probably H4895
