7.62 x 54R tracer rounds.

Ive stumbled across a green tin full of 200+ 7.62x54R rounds, they are on a belt and yellow tipped. I cant really make out markings on rounds but the green tin they sit in has some interesting stuff. "7.62 NPLN SV 223 952"
"HEVEDEREZTE - 70-7" Anybody able to tell me the history behind this stuff? Worth? Not sure if the owner is wanting to part with it but Id like to know the facts regardless. Thanks gunnutz!!

not 100% sure, but yellow tip is heavy ball, i think. com block tracer is usually green tip

Yellow tipped is Hungarian(maybe?) Heavy ball, you could check by pulling one bullet it should weigh about 184 grains if it is heavy ball.

Yellow tip is 182 gr BT lead core "TypeD" ball ammo for long range use in MGs similar to .303" Mk8z. Tracer had a green tip.

It is heavy ball as mentioned above. I know because I have some!
