Friends is there actually a difference between ,.762x39 BCG and a .556 BCG ? I don't think that there is any difference I had another member here tell me that they were the same I just got a .762x.39 upper made by Dlask and it has a light weight cheap looking neutered BCG that seems much lighter than any other BCG I have Spikes , CMMG , Colt Canada , please advise are they the same BCG maybe a heavier pin ?
Thanks

The bolt is different. The carrier is the same. The firing pin may be standard .223 or "enhanced" for 7.62x39.

You are aware there are different style carriers, right?

Yes, the carriers are the same, you can replace it with any other carrier on the market. However I am not too sure what you meant by "light weight cheap looking neutered", my Dlask carrier looks just like any generic AR carrier, It has been working flawlessly for the last 3 years.

The CC is a full auto bolt carrier hence full tail/weight. The dlask one probably is semiautomatic bolt carrier and neutered which would make it lighter. The carrier is the same, but bolt is different.

I swapped the carrier out of my PSA 7.5" 7.62x39 upper, to replace it with my nickel-boron Spikes carrier. The bolts switched between carriers with no issue. Couple hundred rounds downrange with no problems.

Yes it is semi Auto that is what I mean by "neutered" I own Colt( 9mm) , Colt Canada , spikes ,CMMG all seem to be just superior to the BCG that came in this Dlask upper just a observation upon visual inspection I'm sure it will function fine I have not herd anything bad about dlask BCG's when compared to anything we have it seems very low quality .
