I googled the topic, and I even found a guy using the same bullets I will. Sierra 125g #2020 bullets. I want to load with H110, because that's what I have on hand. Does anybody have any data for a 125gr bullet with this powder?

I know nothing about that or other Euro cartridges, but i am pretty sure that H-110 is too slow burning for such use, the slowest powder practical would be Unique or Blue Dot or some such.

Thanks for that. I found that one a little while ago. It just so happens that someone on the net is already using this bullet in this cartridge. I found it after I went looking for the data. What a coincidence. the bullet expanded quite nicely, but he was using AA #9. I want to use H110.

I know a guy with 20K+ rnds of 7.62x25 for sale..... PM me if you are interested in getting his ph# I do belive a 2000 rnd case is $350ish... or a box of 40 for $10..... He is a retailer local to me.

at that price it may not be worth reloading...... what am I saying.... Its always worth reloading!!

cheers

What are you shooting 7.62x25 out of? I think you may run into OAL problems with a 125 grain bullet with just about any auto pistol.

This sounds like the 7.63 Mini-Whisper, which was developed by SSK Industries. It is the 7.62x25 case using 30 calibre rifle bullets. I think that this cartridge is mostly used in T/C Contenders.

I have some of those 2020 Sie, and I fit one into a fired 7.62x25 case, OAL seated at the canular was the same as the factory 85gr cartridges that I have. Wether that blunt nose would hamper feeding is the other question. It might pay to make some dummies and see if they will feed manually.

Lee lists loads for up to 110 gr with AA9, but I can't find anything for H110. Are you intending to use this in an semi-auto pistol?

It''s for a tt33. As commonman says, the OAL is fine, I checked that already. I have googled it a million times as well, and spent a good 2 hours looking. Thanks for the help so far!

I don't know if this will help you or not, but I did find a listing in my Hornady handbook for their 90gr Hp-XTP bullet using H-110. It calls for a max of 14.2 grains of powder giving a reported 1700 fps. The start load was 10.3 grains for 1200 fps. Maybe this will help you decide on a starting point to work from.
