I'll try this here first, but might have to ask in the reloading section, I know.

Is there a problem with the two brass on the left? What would be the most likely cause? Anyone else notice this in their p762s?

The two brass on the left were fired in two different p762 pistols - from the first CanadaAmmo import and the second North Sylva imports.

The brass on the right was fired in tokarev's.

My first thought is that the chamber is long in the body.
Second thought is excessive headspace and the extractor is holding the case against the bolt face.

I know absolutely squat about the p762 though.

I had the same thoughts too, good I'm not the only one.

I did the plunk test of unfired ammo in my barrel - everything is good to go there. So that scratches off theory #1, right?

How do I check for headspace? I don't have a gauge...

You need gauges to check the headspace.

Does the shell sit low in the chamber when you do the plunk test? Probably be very difficult to see by eye.

Probably just comes down to variable quality control or slightly different spec from one manufacturer to the next.

Shouldn't have any effect on safety but would be hard on brass for reloading if you pushed the shoulders back too much.

I'd just chalk that up Norinco quality control and consistency. There's nothing wrong with any of them but it looks like the first ones chamber was reamed a bit deeper than it should. I agree it'll be harder on the brass. As long as that one still fires reliably, the headspace is fine and there's nothing to worry about.
