7.62x39 / .308 availability

Hey guys, I'm just recently in the market for an XCR and I'm torn between the XCR L in 7.62x39 and XCR M. Reason being, I'll be using it for hunting but i also want to shoot the hell out of it in the offseason. So, which is more available in bulk? 7.62x39 or .308? And which do you think will be more available for years to come?

X39 is much cheaper and available in surplus cases at many shops. The only downfall is most is corrosive so you must clean regularly. .308/x51 is much more pricey but surplus can be found and may or may not be corrosive.

Oh just get both. you know you will anyway. i did. . But for shooting cost and fun x39. Plus 10 round mags and a bit lighter 150yards and in great for the deer sized stuff. Heck close up im sure a moose wouldn't be walking away.
