7.62x39 Hornady Zombie ammo

Williams Arms - Port Perry, Ontario
Accuracy Plus - Peterborough, Ontario

They have some in stock, I saw it personally there on Tuesday, and today! And yes they do internet/phone orders.

Even to appear a little underedjucated...what is special about the hornady 'zombie' ammo, that usual hornady bullets won't do?

Please someone enlighten me!

Regular ones don't come in a box marked with zombies.

People love retarded s**t. and love paying for it even more.

^^^

Exactly. I payed 20$ for 20 rounds of 7.63 x 39 mm ammo, because of the box, i will never shoot it or buy anotber box, its just neat to have lol. Buy as far as i know there is no performance differemce

If people buy a box or two for the funny factor with the intention of never shooting it they will always have some ammunition on hand if they absolutely needed it for something. Not a great reason, but more practical than buying it for zombies. Besides, all the serious zombie apocalypse planning recommends 22lr and I don't think Hornady even makes z-max in that :-(

It's the cheapest Hornady "Match" .308 I could find... :p

Got it at WSS in Grande Prairie, that and .45 ACP. I believe they had 7.62x39 there also, but it comes in a steel case AFAIK.

Needed a few boxes of "non steel core" 7.62 x 39 for a match, the Zombie ammo was $4 cheaper than the other option available at the usual shop so that's what I grabbed.
Later I found some non steel core cheaper, picked up a few boxes for the match, I'll save the Zombie for the entertainment value.
Besides, everyone knows that you need 12 gauge or a baseball bat for zombies.

I picked up a box of 50 hornady for 29$. It's loaded with the 123 gr SST. Which I hear is similar to the vmax in terminal performance. Steel cased.
