7.62x39 neck sizer

Does anyone know where to find a neck size die for 7.62x39?

Your full length sizer works as a neck sizer if it's adjusted so it doesnt move the shoulder.

See Post #3. The case sides are very tapered on that cartridge, so if your full length size die is adjusted to not push the shoulder back, you are neck sizing only.

Some good answers, but if this is for an semi-automatic, neck-sizing or partial full-length sizing will not likely work - you'll have chambering issues.
