Is this ammo brass cased as it appears in the picture on your site? What year of manufacture if I may ask? Finally its a 1320 round case correct?

My mistake - I have the correct picture loaded now. It is a steel case. We do include the freight for that price. The age of the product is unknown. Judging by the condition of the case it looks fairly new.
