7.62x39 vs. .223 Comparison

Seems like every comparision I have read about pits the AR family against the AK variants (States)

Be interested to see an in-depth home-grown shoot-off using the VZ58 style platform chambered for both calibers.

Don't have the .223 version so I am out of the running.

A few years ago there was a documentary about both the makers and rifles of the M16 and AK 47. They were designed to do different things.
