I was calling around to track some down and was able to get my hands on the last crate at reliable gun. Cabela’s told me they were out and no sign of bringing in more cases. I tried a few more local and online places but got the same answer. Does anyone have any information on this?
 
Not sure where you are but frontier has some, expensive but, try your local CTC! A place not to be named ends with star has it on sale now $310. Still lots of ammo around, all my CTC in the area have x39!
 
I noticed that too but only when it comes to non Norc made milsurp. Chinese ammo is all over the place. Ukraine is not exporting for obvious reasons, Russian stuff we can't get because of sanctions. I'm sure why we are not getting any Czech ammo. They are still using it and probably still making it.
 
Buy it cheap stack it deep, still have 5 unopend crates of rusky surplus bought it on sale 5 years ago for 179.99, and about 4000 rounds of no corrosive when was on sale at canammo in '14, I learned along time ago to buy as much as you possible can when it's cheap, I remember when I first got my license in 98 buying boxes of 48 303 British surplus for 6$/box down to 400 rounds of that.. Lol
 
No shortage just a few more stones to turn. Somehow availability has a lot to do with pricing from last year......kind of like me when I tried to buy cigarettes for a friend on the way to hunt.... they were a lot more than they used to cost in high school lol
 
Canada ammo is non-corro for 350/1000 and marstar is out of stock , tenda is out of stock , tulammo is out of everything ... anyone know where there is some corrosive ammo available at decent price ? its been 2 week I'm searching for something.
 
With sales and twenty dollar off coupons I was getting it at Cabelas last Boxing Day for 259 a case. Still got around 10,000 rounds left. ;-)
 
Yeah I feel sorry for ppl that are just getting in on the sks bandwagon, I remember buying crates for 79$ at the gun shows at the old golden garter in Edmonton in the late 90's
