Just wanted to point this out, not exactly sure what it represents.
I've noticed the Winchester brass to be the most desired.

It is my understanding that people believe it is closest to military spec?
Heavier, can be re-used more often??
Weight per case.

IVI Brass 05 - 12.5 g
RP/Rem Brass - 11.2 g
Fed Brass - 12.0 g
Win Brass - 10.6 g

These are average/most common numbers displayed while checking multiple cases.
Would this not determine the Win brass is the farthest from Milspec?

So. Something to cogitate on.

IVI is currently making ammo for Military use. Winchester isn't.

Soooooo.... Ponder that.

Perhaps ponder the vague implications of placing any value in the term "milspec", without digging out the actual specifications and seeing what they are, too, before placing any value on what the "milspec" may be, too.

Pet peeve of mine. Milspec, Billet, and Aircraft Grade, are three of the biggest bulls**t alarm words out there. When they get thrown around as a reference to something being of more value than it would if these adjectives were not in use, I start shuffling away....:D

Anyway. Lighter brass = more case capacity for powder. Conversely, a load that works safely in a light case like a Winchester one, may be unsafe in a heavier case like the IVI. That's the real value in case weights. Cases that weigh the same, should have similar case capacities.

Cheers
