7.62x51 Gauges

Hey guys, I'm in Calgary and want to give my Israeli mauser a good check over before I start smashing coyotes with it, anyone know where to find some head space gauges?

Other than that and the ejector I know it's in pretty good shape.

You could order a set from Brownells, they have a few different brands.

Fire a shot or two in it and have someone measure the cases in a case gauge. mail them to me. My gauge reads headspace.

Damn you guys are good, so I could buy a 308 case gauge I'm thinking since I should probably have one anyway. If she fits in properly then my rifle is in spec?

Another thought is to use a .308 Win "Field" headspace gauge. If your bolt won't close on this, you are GTG for both .308 Win and 7.62NATO. Make sure that the bolt is stripped before using the gauge.
