7.62x54 & British pants (2 unrelated questions)

Is there any chance some 7.62x54r surplus is inbound?
Also can anyone comment on the gore tex pants? I'm wondering what sizing is like (if L would be too big for a 33 waist?)

stevo911_ -- Don't know about the 7.62 Russian. The Goretex pants from CanAm are great! I bought the jacket and pants a few months ago, both are well made and came in plastic packaging reassuring that they were unissued. Please don't quote me on this things may have changed but i ordered large for both and they got back to me a day or so later(this was their really busy time) informing me they only had xl sizes for both. I have a 33 waist they are a little big but they have a draw string which makes waste size a non issue. Cant beat the quality! and the price! I would prob order another set if they had the jackets in stock!
