7.62x54r 10 / 55 yellow tip reloadable?

I was going through some of my ammo tonight and across a bag of Bulgarian 7.62x54r marked 10 and 55 and the tip is yellow. A magnet check revealed the case was brass - and I looked the ammo on on 7.62net and confirmed it to be brass.

Is this reloadable?

Hi. The yellow tip indicates 'heavy ball'. 182 grain lead cored bullet. MG ammo. No big deal, but the felt recoil is heavier. You should assume that it's corrosive and berdan primed. Pull one or shoot it and look in the case. Two flash holes means berdan and not easily reloadable
